Welcome to SaveHarbour. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SaveHarbour mobile application ("App") and any related services. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SaveHarbour, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access or use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App.

2. Description of Service

SaveHarbour is a personal budgeting application that allows users to:

• Create and manage multiple budgets
• Track income and expenses
• Set savings goals
• View financial analytics and reports
• Manage recurring transactions

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Accurate Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when using the App. You acknowledge that the App's functionality depends on the accuracy of the data you input.

3.2 Data Backup

Since SaveHarbour stores all data locally on your device, you are responsible for backing up your data. We are not responsible for any loss of data due to device failure, loss, or damage.

3.3 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use the App to store or transmit malicious code

4. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App, to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 App Ownership

SaveHarbour and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any data you input into the App. Since all data is stored locally on your device, we do not have access to or control over your content.

6. Disclaimers

6.1 Financial Advice

SaveHarbour is a budgeting tool and does not provide financial advice. The information and calculations provided by the App are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional financial advice.

6.2 No Guarantees

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

6.3 Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all calculations and predictions are 100% accurate. You should verify important financial information independently.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Business interruption
• Financial losses
• Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Uninstalling the App will delete all locally stored data.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

10. Updates and Changes

10.1 App Updates

We may update the App from time to time to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. Updates will be available through the App Store.

10.2 Terms Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App.
